Standing out with an ‘Outstanding’

PORTSMOUTH, U.K. - April 19, 2013 - PRLog -- This fantastic achievement is the second consecutive inspection in which Port Solent Day Nursery, part of Asquith Day Nurseries & Pre-Schools, has received the sought after ‘Outstanding’ status – the only nursery in Portsmouth that has managed this under the new EYFS.

It comes as no surprise, with the state-of-the-art Pre-School environment and fantastic early years facilities in the rooms offering children new and exciting ways of learning.

The Ofsted inspector commented, "Children demonstrate high levels of self-confidence and self-esteem in all age groups as a result of the very positive relationships the children form with the adults in the setting."

Nursery Manager Jeanette Merryweather says of her team’s achievement: "All the staff are over the moon to have received a second ‘Outstanding’ status and I am really proud of each and every one of them!
