Fashion Forms CEO Ann Deal Named Business Leader of the Year

VENTURA, Calif. - April 16, 2013 - PRLog -- Ann Deal, founder and CEO of specialty lingerie company Fashion Forms, has been named Business & Community Leader of the Year by California State University Channel Island’s Business & Technology Partnership (B&TP). The university committee will honor Deal for her numerous business achievements, including the rapid expansion of Fashion Forms in the past year.

Deal is set to accept the award on Thursday at B&TP’s Leadership Dinner at the Crowne Plaza Ventura Beach Hotel. The annual event recognizes significant achievements by local business and technology leaders and raises funds for student scholarships.

Earlier this month, Deal was one of three executives to sit on the Founders Panel at Stanford Women in Business’ spring conference, where she shared her strategies for rising to the top of her profession.

Deal founded Fashion Forms in 1993 and has grown the business into a multimillion-dollar empire.
