TOMS RIVER, N.J. - April 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Fishing and boating are David Ratkowski's major pastimes. Since he lives on a lagoon, he has ample time to pursue his hobbies. The 12-foot Mirro-Craft aluminum boat which he recently bought is used often.

He also buys a good deal of fishing equipment and makes his own fishing rods with the money he earns delivering The Asbury Park Press, which he has been a carrier for almost 2 years.

His future plans reflect his love of boating and the sea: he plans to join the Coast Guard Auxillary or Marine Police after four years of college.

Another favorite pastime is playing the guitar and he has been taking lessons for the past seven months.

David, 13, delivers 23 papers daily and 31 on Sundays. He resides in Toms River with his father, John, his mother Eileen, and a brother John, 15.
