OTHER, Calif. - April 4, 2013 - PRLog -- La Habra, CA, April 2013 /Project Manager/ -- Every profession has unique jargons, this makes internal communications easier and a little encrypted from outside listeners. Once a person is hired into a company, he must be aware of the possible TLA’s that he will be facing within the rest of his stay.

On a Whiteboard session video proctored by Jennifer Whitt – Bridges, Director of ProjectManagerLtd ; she gave out ten common jargons, TLAs or not, that project managers use in within their teams; terms such as wibis or WBS which means Word Breakdown Structure, milestones, baseline, triple constraint and many more.

There project management terms can be seen on YouTube and Project Manager Ltd’s. website itself. It is important that everyone within a project team understand and know how to play around the TLA’s for project management since it would be a hindrance of communiation if they happen to have trouble doing so. “It can cause a failed project by taking too much time or you’re not prepared. Maybe you need specific resources. Maybe you need specific equipment or something that is not easy to access. So to have that in place to know how to do that, but the idea is to reduce the probability of that risk occurring or reducing the impact if it does occur.” Whitt – Bridges Said.
