The iRiS Sommelier app has now been adopted by Congham Hall, enabling the hotel's restaurant, which is proud of wine list and renowned for its wine tasting evenings, to present its list via iPad

The iRiS Sommelier brings the wine list to life visually and interactively.  It shows information about the wine, vineyard and vintage, allowing diners to select by grape, colour, region and price.  It enables guests to create a shortlist to discuss with staff and can feature Sommelier recommendations, all of which makes browsing the wine list a thoroughly enjoyable and engaging experience.

There is also a quick search function for guests who know exactly what they want. From the restaurant’s point of view, the wine list is easily managed and updatable via a user-friendly CMS, ensuring that unavailable wines can be removed or changed instantly onsite.

Congham Hall was named Best Small Hotel winner in the 2012-2013 International Hotel Awards and its restaurant is renowned for its fresh locally produced ingredients, with vegetables & herbs picked from the hotel gardens.
