A Fashionable Night Out Featuring Fashion, Luxury, Shopping And Beauty

HOUSTON - March 19, 2013 - PRLog -- HOUSTON, TX. (April, 2013)— Jewelry designer Bela Thacker, of Zayver Jewels, has partnered with millinery artisan, Veronica Schiller of BeRonkia Designs, and makeup expert, Sarah Tucker of Sarah Tucker Makeup Artistry, to host an evening of cocktails, fashion and beauty at Montrose high-end retail locale, Coquette Boutique.

On April 9th 2013, from 6-8:30pm, guests can expect an evening riffed with Spring’s latest trends, beauty techniques, and one-of-a-kind accessories complete with cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and exclusive guest favors. This event will showcase these three artists and their crafts while providing guests with an interactive and personalized shopping experience crafted especially for even the most persnickety Houston shopper. Media, photographers, and distinguished bloggers will also be in attendance.

Zayver Jewels is the creative expression of jewel aficionado, Bela Thacker. Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis early in her professional, academic career, Thacker left teaching to pursue her second passion, jewelry – and Zayver Jewels was born.  A bijou enthusiast, Thacker credits much of her inspiration to talented emerging designers and the fashion forward woman. Through cultivated relationships with international craftsmen, Thacker is able to hand select every accessory in her collection and prides herself on the quality and exclusivity of every piece.

Veronica Schiller started BeRonika Designs from a passion for great design. The name “Be Ronika” embodies her company’s philosophy through the combination of the English verb “to be,” and the Greek word, “ronika,” meaning “true image or back to roots.” With a company name that quite literally means “be natural,” Schiller is committed to fair trade and sustainability practicies. BeRonika Designs produces 100% toquilla straw hats inspired by various European cities, from Gaeta to Portofino and everything in between. BeRonika strives to cultivate products that are self-sustaining and eco friendly.

Founded by Sarah Tucker, Sarah Tucker Makeup Artistry seeks to highlight the “God-given beauty” of every woman. With over 18 years of experience including runway, print, film and television work, Tucker’s cosmetic artistry has graced the faces of celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian, Lucinda Williams, Kathy Hilton, and Jaime Pressly. Her experience includes working with and for many of the top makeup and skincare brands including Chanel, Laura Mercier, La Mer and Cargo. Specializing in high definition and airbrush techniques, Sarah Tucker is quickly becoming Houston’s go-to gal in the cosmetic arts.
