Chin's Mojo announces North Sentinel High School band on new CD

Dallas independent rock band partners with a marching band to perform on the new CD

March 12, 2013 - PRLog -- Texas area rock band Chin's Mojo announces a partnership with a high school marching band, the North Sentinel High School Marching Band. This partnership will be heard on the Chin's Mojo CD release, expected in Summer 2013.

Although efforts were made to keep the agreement secret until the CD release date, several members of the North Sentinel band have written enthusiastically in social media such as Twitter and Facebook. "It was just too big of a secret to keep", noted Robert Fore, the Director of Bands. He continued, "It's an exciting prospect to work with Chin's Mojo and we're glad to accept the invitation to record with them."

Although the pending album has not been titled, it is widely believed that the marching band appears on 19 of the 21 tracks that have been recorded. On behalf of the band, drummer Steve Kautz added, "we've really gone out a limb to bring in a full marching band with additional stringed instruments. This bold move is unprecedented for an independent rock band." Singer Marissa Duff concluded, "The overall combination of Chin's Mojo and the marching band arrangements are simply stunning and bring both groups into a whole new level."
