Lee & Associates Closes a $2.69 million Industrial Sale in Pomona

Mark White and Todd Launchbaugh of Lee’s Ontario office represented the seller, Fluoresco Lighting & Signs and Kent Stalwick of CBRE represented the buyer, Lite Cruise Properties, LLC.  The manufacturing building was built in 1975, has 10 ground level doors and is situated on 2.29 acres.

Mark White stated that, “this is a unique property in that there are 3 separate buildings on the site.  The buyer is currently using half of the property and is leasing the other side to the seller.”

The site is centrally located in the city of Pomona in the sought after San Gabriel Valley.   It is immediately located off the 57 Freeway, just south of Valley Boulevard and minutes from the 71 Freeway.  The building’s location features nearby tenants such as: California Auto Glass, Rocket Express, Construction Hardware, Yamamotoyama of America, Hayward Meridian, Wilson Industries and Valley Tool & Machine.
