Darr Equipment Co., MCFA Distributor, in TX and OK, Selects Equip-Soft as ERP System

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 12, 2013 - ALLENTOWN, PA – Equip-Soft software and services have been selected by Southlake, TX-based distributor Darr Equipment Co. to replace its legacy ERP system. The fourth-generation family-owned and operated business is a Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) distributor that employs 200 people serving the construction and industrial markets of northeast TX and OK. They also carry Doosan forklifts, Genie aerial lifts, JCB earth-moving/construction equipment, and other product lines.

Darr Equipment Co. will roll out the Equip-Soft software system to 60 users across its five Texas locations –Southlake, Dallas, Longview, Waco and Texarkana – and at the branches in Oklahoma City, Tulsa and Ardmore, OK. Having selected    Equip-Soft over a number of other ERP  systems, Darr Equipment Co. will first roll out the sales, rentals, service and finance pieces of the ERP system, followed by the CRM (customer relationship management) module, and integration with MobileFrame technology so custom mobile apps can be built easily for field service technicians and sales people.
