Taylor Northeast Goes Live with EquipSoft for Optimized Operations at Two Locations

July 18, 2014 - PRLog -- Allentown, PA – EquipSoft software has gone live at the Morgantown, PA and Baltimore, MD locations of Taylor Northeast, Inc., distributors of material handling and industrial floor cleaning equipment. EquipSoft is being used by Taylor Northeast employees to optimize service, parts, sales, rentals and other equipment management needs, as well as financials and reporting, at the two locations.

The successful EquipSoft implementation included being switched over to the new software system over a weekend. “Monday morning we came in and worked with no delays. Billing was being done the morning of their first day live,” says Terry Hopkins, General Manager of Taylor Northeast’s parent company, H&K Family of Companies. “Having already experienced a positive go-live with EquipSoft, we were confident about the roll-out at Taylor Northeast.”

Taylor Northeast is the second company owned by the H&K Family of Companies to implement EquipSoft. Taylor Northeast Franklin went live with EquipSoft in 2013. Next up are EquipSoft implementations at H&K Equipment of Pittsburgh, Yard Truck Specialists with Premier Granite & Stone of Pittsburgh, D&S Hoist and Crane, and Magnetic Lifting Technologies US, following as a phase-two effort.
