The Lazarus Organization Launches Its In-House Regulatory Compliance Division

Mr. Carnesi has more than twenty years experience as an international consultant and analyst; primarily focusing on emerging markets. Mr. Carnesi was appointed an Honorary Board Member of The Lazarus Organization in November 2012, after working as a consultant to the firm.
