OBM Ltd energises Metropolitan House

Feb. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- Ryden has secured another tenant at Metropolitan House on the High Street within Inverness city centre.  OBM Ltd, a specialist provider of recruitment solutions to the oil and gas industry, has taken Suite A1 extending to 98 sq m (1,052 sq ft) on the third floor at £10,000 per annum.

Following this letting, only the 60 sq m (647 sq ft) Suite B1 on the third floor and 336 sq m (3,613 sq ft) second floor remain available on flexible and competitive terms.
