By: Michigan Business and Professional Association “With the 2014 deadline for full implementation of this ground breaking law fast approaching, we thought it would be helpful to our members to develop a concise publication that summarizes the major provisions, examines the impact on Michigan business, explains the concept of exchanges, offers suggestions about talking to employees and provides information about additional resources,” said Jennifer Kluge, president. “After putting the guide together, we decided that it would be a worthwhile public service to offer the publication to anyone with access to the Internet,” she continued.
