Dry My Field merges with Rain Out Products

Jan. 13, 2013 - PRLog -- The U.S. Patent Office announced on December 11, 2012 the awarding of Patent #8,328,469 for the product called RainOut.  As a result on January 1, 2013, Rainout LLC has announced that it has purchased back the marketing rights to the Dry My Field brand and that the two companies have merged to sell the product under the name RainOut.  

Dry My Field President Scott Taylor says this is a monumental step forward for the merged company.  "With the patent being awarded to RainOut, it only made sense that we combine the two brands and sell under the patented name.  All along the product was always the very same formula, just sold under two different brand names.  This should simplify the process immensely."

Under the new arraingement, Taylor will serve as VP/Business Development.

"We are also happy to bring our Director of Sales, Mike Baker into the RainOut family as well," said Taylor.  "He will continue to handle all sales duties, including securing new distributors for the product around the country."

The announcement was celebrated in Chicago at the ABCA Convention during the first weekend in January.  Taylor says the announcement was well received.  "Rolling out all the new marketing materials at the ABCA Convention was a very positive experience and was met with a bunch of excitement.  The future loos very bright for this company."
