Brookfield to Release 10 Homes at Chula Vista Community This Weekend

This weekend, Brookfield Homes will release 10 new homes at its brand new Chula Vista community, Haven at Windingwalk. The community of 60 detached homes offers four different floor plans, each with private yards. Homes being released this weekend are priced from $339,900, and include options for personalization.

“Because Haven is a brand new community, home shoppers have the advantage of purchasing new and selecting upgrades to personalize their homes,” said Debby King, director of marketing for Brookfield Homes. “Purchasing a home right when it’s released often enables the shopper to upgrade cabinets, countertops, fixtures and more.”

Homes being released this weekend represent each of the four floor plans at Haven. Floor plans range from 1,718 to 2,430 square feet with three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths. All homes include a family loft, usable as a second living room. Two of the floor plans at Haven have a downstairs bedroom and full bath, providing additional space for visiting friends and family members. Private yards for outdoor grilling and dining, and a two-car garage with added storage top off the thoughtfully designed floor plans.

Outside of the home, Haven residents can enjoy shopping or dining at The Marketplace located within walking distance of the neighborhood, as well as Otay Ranch Town Center with more than 100 retail and specialty stores, restaurants and a movie theater.
