Modern women are confronted with a multitude of responsibilities that pull and stretch them to their limits. From careers to marriage, from children to household tasks, the challenges of staying in contact with friends has become increasingly difficult.

Healthy friendships are difficult to create—let alone grow—without overcoming a myriad of obstacles. Author Nicole Zangara presents a down-to-earth approach to achieving strong, well-developed friendships despite constant opposition.

Nicole Zangara has identified many of the harmful mechanisms that may ultimately—if not corrected—lead to breakups between treasured friends. Now, hope is brought to those in need by presenting a variety of tools useful in overcoming the many challenges.

Ms. Zangara approaches her book with the mindset that validation comes from knowing you are not alone. Using a capable skillset, she illustrates a variety of case studies that connect with women of all ages.
