Dr. Robert Guida Changes Patients Life After Rhinoplasty

Jan. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Dr. Robert Guida is proud to release a touching video on YouTube featuring one of his patients and her Rhinoplasty journey.  As a 38-year-old mother of two small children this is a woman whom one would think had overcome her insecurities. Unfortunately she was consumed with what she considered a dominating fault- the size of her nose.

The story begins with an experience that patient had a small child, which strongly resonates with her to this day and has helped shape her perception of her nose.  Dr. Guida finds that patients are often traumatized by incidents when they are young which leads them to later seek out cosmetic surgery.

At this current point in her life the patient’s self-esteem was so low that meeting new people in social situations was a dread and sometimes prevented her from leaving the house.   All she could think about was their judgments on the size of her nose, which stifled her above average bubbly personality and left her feeling depressed.

This video provides an introspective story for others whom struggle with the same issue, hopefully providing hope that life can be different after surgery. “To be able to perform a surgery that can help change someone’s life is truly invaluable,” says Dr. Guida “Her self esteem is now where it should be.”

Dr. Robert Guida is a highly respected facial plastic surgeon specializing in facial plastic surgery and nasal surgery.  Double board-certified, Dr. Guida earned his medical degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
