Follow on Google News | SMEs of Middle East move towards Attendance Automation- through InceptDubai has a large number of SMEs, which are now automating their business processes, esp for attendance or access. The Chinese market which has penetrated such electronic systems are now being replaced by Indian brands as well. Incept is one of them.
By: Middle East Communications Pvt Ltd. These are only some testimonials by the customers of Incept in the Middle East, where they have tried to replace conventional and traditional approach towards security office automation products. Companies in Dubai have generally face two types of vendors and system providers in the past. Firstly, where systems used for security and automation were very complex and managed either from the geniuses sitting in Germany or India, thus increasing the need of constant supervision and maintenance of the systems. Also, cost was not the best thing about these products. The second type of system was the ones designed and made in China and distributed through local dealers- such systems lacked certain quality features needed by the high end sme offices of Dubai. These systems lacked an understanding of the market, and the purely Chinese tag was not the best thing about these either. And now, the market is seeing a much needed vivacious change in trend, with systems originating from India, and reaching out to Dubai and the MENA (Middle East and North Africa region). These systems try to find the middle path between the two types mentioned above, and offer an optimized solution. Incept is one such Indian brand which has started to expand itself in the Middle East world. The initial feedback has been very good, and customers have shown an inclination towards following the middle Indian brands. The next few quarters will decide whether things finally change or the trend dies a tragic death. Markets in Dubai have always been unpredictable, and there is always an underlying complexity beneath its surface. End
