Services begin promptly at 10:45 a.m.  Dominion Hilltop is led by the dynamic newlyweds Bishop John White and First Lady April Weeden-White.  Bishop White transported Dominion Hilltop from Chicago, IL to Arcadia for sharing his visionary leadership.  Bishop and First Lady White share their vision for this powerful church home.
