Host4Nerds Great Customer Support?

The best part about new web hosting companies is that there aren’t a lot of people using their servers just yet, and they will lower prices and even give out free features to grab your business.

Host4Nerds is one of those “new” Web Hosting companies that is trying to grab so much business that they released a Press (that many read) that they will be building Blogs for all of their customers that request.

Most Web Hosting companies that offer such features like One-Click-Installs and Softaculous usually don’t build their customer’s blogs. However Host4Nerds stated in the Press Release on their website, that they are doing this not for customers but for “relations” with client base.

First thing most people think about is “Client Base Relations” which can lead in more sales, right? Wrong! The Founder (Clintin) of Host4Nerds made it perfectly clear that this so called “relations” is to improve on Customer Support, finding out what interest potential customers have and Client’s SEO Support.

It really is good to know that this new company is trying their best to work on Customer Support; most Web Hosting companies that are new to this industry are horrible when it comes to giving friendly support to potential customers and clients.

Building a blog isn’t that easy, especially when you are building it for someone that has never owned a website before. So, everyone is guessing that is where Host4Nerds is planning on building up their Customer Support. Now, what about the other reasons that the Founder mentioned on the website?

If you think about it, “finding out what interest potential customers have” can increase business, but the Founder(Clintin) stated that this isn’t why they are building free blogs for customers. Clintin stated that, and I quote; “if we know what interests our customers have, then we will be able to build on to Host4Nerds and make it better, such as adding more features or giving advertising credits.” That is 100% true and many review sites has already started to discuss this because cheap web hosting companies usually don’t put visitors first. They usually put their clients first, but so far Host4Nerds is putting Visitors and Clients first in every way possible.

There’s one more reason, “Client’s SEO Support” and many people already know what SEO is, and if you don’t then let’s defined it. SEO stands for “Search Engine Optimization” and it is needed if you want your website listed on Search Engines such as Google or Yahoo. Most new websites and/or blogs need SEO so they can start receiving traffic/visitors, without that you will not be engaging anyone.

Taking it all in, and thinking about what this can do, Client’s SEO Support, and Customer Support and be listed in the same category.

Well, from what the Founder stated, NO! SEO Support is completely different from Customer Support because Host4Nerds has SEO Experts who are 24/7 to help improve your website and/or blog, so the customer can receive more targeted traffic.

The only thing about SEO Experts is that it is hard to find those that are willing to listen to customers and aren’t filled with so much “pride.” Experts in SEO hate to be wrong, so looking back we can now see why Host4Nerds is trying to improve and make their SEO Support team better when it comes to giving support to those that need it in that field.
