The Magical Moment, Defined By Jimmy Maxwell

New Orleans band leader Jimmy Maxwell explains how great music never changes.

Dec. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- During many parties, at a certain point everything blends; the guests, the cuisine, the setting, the right music.  Jimmy Maxwell’s New Orleans band calls this the "magic moment." You can learn more at http://www.jimmymaxwell.com/new-orleans-band.

Jimmy has played parties of all size and type, to every sector, for over thirty years. His clients include: The Republican National Convention, His Majesty Rex, King of Carnival (New Orleans), The Palm Beach Polo Club, The Crystal Ball (Dallas), Swan House Ball (Atlanta), and the American Heart Association. He has played at the Waldorf Astoria in New York with Harry Connick, Sr. and the Nelson Riddle Orchestra, at the Rockefeller Club and at society affairs from Houston to San Francisco, private parties from Washington DC to Palm Beach.

As Jimmy says, "Le plus ça change, le plus ça demeure la même chose…" (The more things change, the more they stay the same.) Music comes and music goes, but good music never goes out of style.

Jimmy is famous for his ability to tap the mood of a gathering and deliver the perfect combination of tunes and tempo that will make the occasion memorable. "Your satisfaction and the unqualified success of your event are of the utmost important to us, and we would like to provide that magic moment for you!"
