Demilec (USA) announces new Chief Operating Officer

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 6, 2012 - Demilec (USA) LLC is proud to announce that Robert Naini, former Demilec (USA) Director of Engineering, has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer (COO).  Robert has been with Demilec (USA) for over eight years, during which time he has demonstrated his professionalism, hard work ethic and commitment to the organization.  

As a senior member of the Demilec (USA) team, Robert has spent his time in several departments.  Robert began his career at Demilec (USA) in 2004 upon graduating from the University of Texas in Arlington with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.  Robert’s first position at Demilec (USA) was as a Product Engineer Liaison, where he managed product testing and supported the sales team.  In 2006, Robert took on the challenge of being a Technical Sales Representative for the state of Florida where he worked closely with code officials and promoted the Demilec (USA) advantage to gain new customers and support our existing customer base.  In 2008, Robert returned to our home office where he held the role of Architectural Coordinator.  In this role, Robert developed our InsealRight quality assurance program and Bridge Training program, which are still in use to this day.  

Robert’s role preceding his promotion to COO, as Director of Engineering, was the position that truly showcased his knowledge base and management skills.  Dave Lall, CEO of Demilec (USA) stated that “Robert successfully developed and managed Demilec (USA)’s fledgling Engineering Department, which now serves as an integral part of the organization.  Through Robert’s efforts, the Engineering Department serves as a source of knowledge and support for Demilec (USA) personnel, customers and industry officials alike.”

Demilec (USA) has been fortunate to have Robert Naini as a representative over the last 8 years.  Robert serves not only as an asset to the company, but as a true leader that the company will stand behind for years to come.  Demilec congratulates Robert on his new role as Chief Operating Officer and wishes him the very best.
