Seattle Designer Series Hosts Final Pop-Up Shop of 2012

Dec. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- The Seattle Designer Series, An Artful Shopping Experience was created to offer an opportunity for local women designers to connect with consumers through the energy and foot traffic of the Ballard Art Walk and beyond.

Professional women’s business group FemCity Seattle, fashion marketer Cynarah Ellawala and style-minded entrepreneur Tannya Bernadette, will host the final pop-up shop for area women-owned fashion businesses this week.

WHAT: Catherina De Montjoye of Marca Shoes kicks off her pop-up shop at Tannya Bernadette’s Studio during the Ballard Art Walk.
WHEN: December 8, 2012 – The Ballard Art Walk occurs on the second Saturday of each month, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.

“We really wanted to create an avenue that gives designers what they really want: customers. At the end of the day they are small businesses and need our support. We are providing the space, promotion and a distribution channel to get their products in the hands of new customers,” say organizers.
