College of American Pathologists selects AST for Enterprise Security Implementation

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 30, 2012 - The College of American Pathologists (CAP), the leading organization of board-certified pathologists worldwide, has awarded a multi-phased contract to AST Corporation to implement the Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite of products for CAP’s enterprise security implementations. The project includes directory service consolidation, user provisioning, access management and fine-grained security implementation using Oracle Entitlement Server, and integrates with more than twenty CAP systems.

The project will be executed by AST’s middleware practice which is focused on implementing Oracle Middleware Technology based on Oracle Identity and Access Management, Enterprise Content Management, and SOA/Business Process Management solutions.

In awarding the contract, CAP recognized AST as a partner that would conduct the project to achieve maximum outcome with minimum risk. For past SOA integration solution projects, AST received the Oracle PartnerNetwork North American Titan Award for Integration and SOA Solutions at Oracle OpenWorld 2011.
