McManis Faulkner Expands Family Law Group with Addition of Jocelynn Maier

Nov. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- McManis Faulkner, a leading Northern California trial firm, has added attorney Jocelynn Maier to its Family Law Group as an associate.

Maier joins the firm from The Law Offices of Kathryn Schlepphorst, where her practice focused on marital dissolution and child custody and visitation issues. She previously interned at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.

Maier is a member of the Santa Clara County Bar Association, for which she serves as the Family Law Section’s social committee vice-chair, and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She received her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law (2009) and her B.A., with distinction, in women’s studies from San Diego State University (2003).
