What you’ll notice right off the bat is the space is beautiful, with steel and glass windows, elegant furniture and plants, and a full kitchen. But look more closely and you’ll find that there is a strategy behind the design. In fact, the space has been designed to support every element of S360’s business model and culture, something often overlooked by company owners and architects when they design their space.
First and foremost, S360’s space is designed to foster their culture of collaboration, communication and transparency. They tore down walls and opened up large spaces to bring everyone within easy communicating distance of one another. The open kitchen is smack dab in the middle of everything to enable collaboration throughout the day. Steel and glass walls have replaced sheet rock and plaster to emphasize transparency and bring in more natural light.
Nearly every workspace has views of Lake Union and the city to infuse energy and excitement into the entire office. Two 3,000 square feet decks facilitate connection to the environment and their surroundings, and offer an unmatched spot for client events, group meetings, and foosball tournaments. And their lobby is dominated by a striking 10’x10’ recycled brushed aluminum map of the U.S. with all 13 of the Strategies 360 offices interconnected by red wire, to remind the team and clients of the interconnectedness of S360 across the West.
More than anything else, Strategies 360 is a group of incredibly talented professionals who are all tops in their fields, smarter than heck, and cheerful even in the highest-pressure situations.
