Is TelxWeb really "a web design company in Miami"?

PRLog (Press Release) - Nov. 13, 2012 - Don't believe everything you read in press releases from PRWeb like this one:

The first sentence says "TelxWeb is a web design company in Miami...", but is it?  Here is their domain name registrant:

"John Smith" may or may not be a fake name, but "212-459-4756" is not a working number and according to Google Maps "523 South Ave, New York NY 10056" is not a real address.  TelxWeb does list three more addresses:

"Yachtexports.com" metadata says this site was designed by Online Media Group, not TelxWeb.

"Repaircreditservice.com" metadata says this site was designed by TheCreativeComplex.com, not TelxWeb.

"Expressautolease.com" footer byline says this site was designed by Cytnet.com, not TelxWeb.

"Wonderlandmiami.com" footer byline says this site was designed by Deep Sleep Studio, not TelxWeb.

"Pdpofa.com" has a "test" posting on their home page and Latin copy on their "live" blog.

"Masterofthemind.com" footer byline says this site was "engineered" by Telx Computers.  It fails W3C HTML/CSS validation.

None of the remaining sites listed show Telx bylines or metadata, but regardless they all fail W3C HTML/CSS validation.

Somewhere in the world there is a TelxWeb, a Telx Computers and a Telx Group.  And somebody associated with them designed, developed or posted to at least two of these websites.  But is TelxWeb really "a web design company in Miami"?
