Scott brings to Andesa clients more than 20 years of IT experience, including 12 at The Hartford Financial Services Group. He most recently served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Hartford Life Private Placement and subsequently Philadelphia Financial Group, where he was accountable for the development, maintenance and support of multiple administrative platforms representing $34 billion in assets.

Scott succeeds Rick Kendall, who recently retired after a 35-year career in the technology sector, including six as Andesa’s Chief Technology Officer.

A resident of West Caldwell, N.J., John holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Science from Thomas Edison State College. He and his wife Peggy are active in community affairs. They have three children.
