Prior to joining Ayla Hotel, he was training manager for Habtoor Hotels for four years, from where he joined the pre-opening team of Gloria Hotel as learning and development manager.
Also joining the hotel is D’Costa, who has over 25 years of experience, holding various positions within the F&B market. Previously, D’Costa was part of InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) for 20 years in Oman and the UAE. For the past three years he was in charge of F&B at Al Khaleej Hospitality.
Commenting on the new appointments, general manager, Ayla Hotel, Mohammed Soussan said: “I am delighted to welcome Ariel and Christopher to the team. Their undisputable experience and expertise will help us take the hotel and the company to the next level. With our bolstered management team, we will be able to further enhance our guest experience whilst improving loyalty and repeat visits.
