Lee & Associates Illinois Closes $7 Million Industrial Sale

Nov. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Lee & Associates, one of the largest and fastest growing full-service national commercial real estate providers, has closed a $7 million industrial sale at 2230-2300 Ridge Drive in Glenview, Ill.

Vice President Michael Plumb of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the buyer, BVI Holdings LLC. The seller, Millennium LLC, was represented by Sam Badger, Whit Heitman, and Brad Weiner of Paine/Wetzel.

According to Plumb, the buyer’s affiliated company, Bestview International, intends to relocate its North American headquarters into the 78,803-square-foot facility. “This sale transaction marks the continued trend of absorption of Class A industrial space in light of the high demand for core product throughout Chicagoland.”

Built in 2000, the 3-unit 60-percent leased property’s current tenants include Andersen Windows and Design Craft.
