UK Mail Delivers for CJ WildBird Foods Ltd

Oct. 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Birmingham based UK Mail, Parcels and Logistics Company, have been appointed by CJ WildBird Foods Ltd, Europe’s largest wildbird food supplier, to provide the distribution of their products across the UK.

UK Mail won the contract because of its dedication towards providing an efficient service and working to large scale capabilities. The firm stood out amongst its competitors as they are able to propose a value efficient service that will fulfil the needs of CJ’s.

CJ’s products are sold direct via their web site and mail order catalogue, with a range also available via many retail outlets across the UK. UK Mail will apply their expertise and commitment towards customer satisfaction to ensure a seamless service.

Linda Hanks, Group Commercial Manager for CJ WildBird Foods said, “At the time our previous carrier was undergoing major changes which was having a detrimental effect on our business, this made us look at reviewing the situation going forwards. UK Mail won the contract due to their quote on price and service. The overall transition went very smoothly indeed and we felt this was probably the easiest switch of carriers we had ever had.”

The contract, effective from July 2012, will see UK Mail provide a dedicated stand trailer collection each day and carry out their deliveries throughout the UK and Ireland as well as hands-on account management to ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly and effectively.
