Liz wore a Shekhar Rahate Haute Couture black silk gown, with hand stitched sequins in flower design, and custom made for our beauty queen. Shekhar Rahate Haute Couture of Hollywood is Oscar awards & Cannes film festival celebrity red carpet designer.
