The BFW sponsorship options range from gorilla marketing to brand logo placement on swag bags for 1,800 plus guests during BFW2013 over the 5 day event. This number does not include an each count for designers, models, or exhibitors.
With an increased venue presence, BFW is now able to offer marketing concepts that will include, but are not limited to: souvenir ad placements, booth space; banner placements; audio announcements;
Promotional concepts include, but are not limited to: product sampling; database development (register to win); product sales; contests/promotions;
Sponsorship option levels can also be creatively tailored to meet any organizations budgetary fixed amount. In-kind donations are also welcomed during BFW.
Sponsorship offerings are also utilized to cover administrative costs associated with BFW, a few of these expenditures include, but are not limited to: marketing; production; and overhead expenses.
Ten percent of all sponsorship offerings will be utilized as a charitable donation for the Baltimore Fashion Week Scholarship Award. To date, this educational stipend has awarded 5 scholarships to students on track to earn either an Associate of Arts or Bachelor degree. Sponsorship offerings are a key component in the growth of the philanthropic effort through BFW on behalf of youth and education.
