By: GlynnDevins The ceremony is for invited guests and will start at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 10, at the future site of The Terraces of Boise, located at East Warm Springs Avenue and South Council Spring Road. The Curries will be joined by ABHOW Chief Governance Officer Randall Stamper, Mayor David Bieter, members of the community’s advisory board and more than 100 of their future neighbors. “It’s an exciting time for future residents of The Terraces,” said Campbell Palfrey, Marketing Director for The Terraces. “What we’re bringing to Boise will meet their demands now and in the future so they can continue living an active and engaging lifestyle.” The $68 million community will be managed by ABHOW, an experienced provider that has been serving seniors since 1949. The community will offer 150 maintenance- The Terraces will offer a variety of services and amenities, including a fitness center, bistro, library, lifelong learning opportunities, security system and transportation services.
