World Gym International is expanding faster than an angry Hulk, pumping out a dizzying number of its franchises nationally under the leadership of Manny Butera.
It has seen explosive growth in recent years. In Tennessee alone, 11 World Gym franchises have opened since 2002, bringing our national total to 250 locations
As such, the company flexes considerable clout when it comes to scoping out and negotiating terms for potential locations. “We’re looking at possibly 1000 locations globally by 2020,” said Manny Butera Chief Operation Officer of World Gym International.

Nationally, World Gym International has 250 centers, having added 30 gyms in 2006. The chain’s gross revenue last year was $15 million.
