Soke Grand Master Garry Amen joins the fight against Child Abuse!!!

Sept. 7, 2012 - PRLog -- Soke Amen has been in the martial arts since 1966, and has more than thirty years of teaching children and adults. Skilled in both Korean and Japanese styles, his main disciplines are Tang Soo Do, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Aikido, Judo, and Jiu Jitsu. He's also taught Navy SEALs and police officers. I am also a personal trainer.

He has developed three of his own systems, one taught through Grandmaster Amen's Warrior Academy, and through the Fighting Fit Mixed Martial Arts Association, and Amen's Military Tang Soo Do, which is taught to military personnel. He is a lifetime member of, and 10th dan in, the Shinjimasu International Karate-Do-Goju Ryu Association. He Is a member of the Martial Arts Alliance, a representative of the U.S. Italian Martial Arts Alliance, and a member of the Tactical Combat Association International. He is also a member of the Black Dragon Fighting Society. He has been inducted into numerous Halls of Fame including the World Soke Council in 1996, the Golden Globe Hall of Fame in 1998, the USA Hall of Fame's Hall of Heroes in 2010, and the Masters Hall of Fame in 2011.  He is the director of his own business, Grandmaster Amen's Warrior Academy and founder of the World Wide Martial Arts Council.

His credentials are above reproach. He has done a masterful job when it comes to positive promotion of Martial Arts and has been a  advocate against violence for years.

 In a conversation with Bob Fitzgerald of Spirit Pen Promotions he said, " Yes I would love to help in any way I can. Of course I support the cause. I am all for fighting domestic violence in every way."

He said he will do his best to bring the plight of the American child to light and is willing to do all he can to bring awareness to this issue.
