Lee & Associates Promotes Two New Principals

Aug. 27, 2012 - PRLog -- Erik Thompson and Luke Hudson of Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers with regional expertise, have been promoted to principal of the Orange office. The former associates host a wealth of knowledge of the local real estate market.

Both are important members of our office and will make an excellent addition to our team of principals.”

Thompson joined the Lee Orange office in June 2009. Previously, he worked at Daum Commercial Real Estate for four years. Thompson specializes in representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors in the selling and leasing of office properties. He has closed over $15 million in transactions already in 2012 and was consistently recognized as a top producing associate. Thompson earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from California State University of Fullerton.

Also with the Orange office since 2009, Hudson has extensive experience working with industrial building buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and investors in the North Orange County region. He was named a top 10 producer in 2011 and associate of the quarter for all four quarters in 2011 for Lee’s Orange office. Prior to his career in real estate, he played six seasons of Major League Baseball as a pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds and Kansas City Royals. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Thompson is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) the industry’s most respected designation as well as a member of Association of Industrial Real Estate (AIR). Hudson is also a member of (AIR).
