"The photos reveal that what I saw and photographed that day was a living being; seemingly as alive as me or you and he was clearly not from here. The being in the sky that I photographed had an amphibian or reptile-like appearance with a very large mushroom shaped head, large eyes and a large mouth." said De Long in his post today on the website. Additionally three of the photos show what looks like a cross between an amphibian and an armadillo. The creature has a tail and can fold up on himself for either protection or to aid in navigation through the sky.
In the most detailed of all of the photos the creature appears to be holding a ball of light in its left hand. The strange light ball is not visible in other photos. "I have no idea what that is" said De Long. "My assumption is that it is some sort of advanced technology that either helps this alien travel or communicate"

Phoenix has long been a hot bed of UFO activity and reported sightings, culminating in the well known 1997 incident called "The Phoenix Lights".
