The volunteers are experienced, and most are employed in the tech field, or are an aspiring student looking for more hands-on experience with support.

Online forum that the volunteers frequent. All questions are answered within 24 hours. Forum users will receive an in-depth answer from at least one of our experienced technicians. One-time only registration is required in order to post. All technology related topics are welcome.

Post your question in our online form to directly contact a volunteer technician and receive a reply via e-mail. No registration is required, and is a good solution for those that don't like forums or chat rooms, and prefer to use e-mail for support.
