Kakadu’s President in the US, Jim Whillas explains why the show is so important to his business. “It all began with a small booth at the show back in its days of being held in Reno. Since then Outdoor Retailer has been a staple of our trade show circuit” he explains. “This is simply because it gives us introduction to all sizes of retailers across the
country. Most of our largest accounts have been derived from simple drop in meetings with buyers that have been looking for the kind of quality their customers demand. It’s also a great place to present new products and get feedback on existing styles” he said.
Examples of this can be seen throughout the Kakadu range. New colors and fabrics have made their way into the mix, as well as further enhancements to the Concealed Carry offerings in direct response to customer feedback. It’s an important part of Kakadu’s responsive approach to their business.
