CAMERON MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES SUCCESSFUL CLOSING BETWEEN
PANACEA REALTY AND CAROLINA HEALTHCARE ASSOCIATES

WILMINGTON, NC – July 18, 2012 – Hill Rogers, Broker In charge with Cameron Management, Inc., is pleased to announce the successful closing of a lease between his client, Panacea Realty, and Carolina Healthcare Associates (CHA).  Panacea is the real estate holding company of the individual physicians formerly of Hanover Medical Specialists (HMS).  HMS merged their operations into Carolina Healthcare Associates effective June 30, 2012. CHA is a subsidiary of New Hanover Regional Medical Center and operates as the NHRMC Physician Group.

The lease consisted of six high quality medical office properties totaling over 46,000 square feet.  Five of the buildings are located in Wilmington, while one building is located in Leland.
