Follow on Google News | Mustang Enthusiast Wins Two Ford Shelby GT500s Plus $50,000 Cash for Taxes!Timothy Millard, the winner of the 2012 Mustang Dream Giveaway will receive the keys to both Shelby GT500 Mustangs during an awards ceremony on August 12th at Ford World Headquarters.

Mr. Millard, who works as a general contractor, entered the 2012 Mustang Dream Giveaway on May 25, 2012, by making a tax-deductible donation to WorldCause Foundation. Representatives of Ford Motor Company, WorldCause Foundation, Dream Giveaway, and the National Rifle Association were on hand to congratulate Mr. Millard when he received the winning call. Mr. Millard was both shocked and excited to hear the great news, “I thought someone was pulling my leg,” Mr. Millard said. “When I called my friends and family to tell them the news they couldn’t believe it.” A self described Mustang enthusiast, Mr. Millard has owned several Mustangs over the course of his life including the 2012 Mustang GT California Special he bought last July. Mr. Millard, who has been a member of the National Rifle Association for the past six or seven years, decided to enter the giveaway after receiving a brochure in NRA’s American Rifleman Magazine, “The main reason I decided to enter was because of the important causes this giveaway would help benefit,” Mr. Millard said. “I have donated to various charities in the past and I plan on continuing to donate in the future.” Mr. Millard will receive the keys to both Shelby’s at the 2012 Mustang Dream Giveaway award ceremony on Sunday, August 12 during the annual Mustang Memories Car Show at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. Participating in the ceremony will be Ford executives, Major General Randall West USMC (retired) representing paralyzed veterans, Henry Ford Health System executives, along with Mr. Millard, an Air Force veteran himself, his wife and son.
