Privcap Closes Seed Round to Expand Digital Media Offering for Private-Capital Markets

The financing included individual and institutional investors, among these media and information specialist private equity firm Noson Lawen Partners.

Privcap, based in New York, is led by David Snow, a veteran financial journalist well known to alternative investment professionals, and Gill Torren, a business-to-business media executive with a specialty in digital strategies. Since its official launch in September 2011, Privcap.com has built an audience of thousands of institutional investors, fund managers and other professionals in the private equity, real asset and venture capital asset classes.
