Mountain States Super Lawyers® 2012 Recognizes Snell & Wilmer Attorney in Reno

The selection process is multi-phased and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Snell & Wilmer attorney William Peterson has been selected for inclusion in the 2012 Mountain States Super Lawyers® list in the Business Litigation field. Peterson has been a commercial, administrative and personal injury litigator for over 30 years. His practice encompasses energy law, utilities, complex torts and all facets of commercial litigation in state and federal court.

The selection process for Rising Stars is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process except that to be eligible for inclusion, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for ten years or less and candidates do not go through the peer evaluation by practice area. While up to five percent of the lawyers in the state are named to Super Lawyers, no more than 2.5 percent are named to the Rising Stars list.

Snell & Wilmer attorney Jacey Prupas has been selected for inclusion on the 2012 Mountain States Rising Stars in the General Litigation field.
