Mold In Graphic Systems® launches new iMIG graphic

June 11, 2012—Mold In Graphic Systems®, a leading manufacturer of permanent graphics and enhancement products for Polyethylene products, introduces the brand new iMIG graphic. The iMIG is a fully compatible finished graphic, ready to be applied to products using a customer’s existing hot-stamping equipment.

Our motto is Tattoo your plastic! This differentiates MIGS® graphics from other graphics which are not true permanent graphics. The iMIG is completely fused to polyethylene products and is 100% recyclable with the product.

“The iMIG is not: a normal heat transfer, chemically applied, an adhesive system, a dye sublimation or inks,” according to Jason Brownell, MIGS® Account Manager/iMIG Specialist. “Your products may be printed in multiple colors and are made of the richest pigments. They last for the life of the product.”

Brownell said customers who have tested the iMIG have given the MIGS® team positive feedback.

Originally developed for injection-molded products, the iMIG can also be used with blow-molded, thermoformed, structural foam-molded, sheet and profile extruded and rotationally molded products. Our iMIGS come in sheet form or roll form and are the most durable graphics on the market for all polyethylene plastics today.
