Attorney Marc Victor to Run Against Jeff Flake For Arizona Senate

July 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Attorney Marc J. Victor has recently declared his intention to run as a candidate for the United States Senate for the soon to be vacated seat currently held by Senator John Kyl.

Attorney Marc J. Victor is an honorably discharged United States Marine combat veteran.  He served overseas in Saudi Arabia during Operations Desert Storm/Shield and was awarded a Certificate of Commendation for his efforts during Operation Desert Storm.  
 
Mr. Victor is a practicing criminal defense attorney and an Arizona State Bar Certified Specialist in Criminal Law.  He owns a law firm, Marc J. Mr. Victor has been very outspoken about calling for an end to the drug war.  He has previously debated Maricopa County Attorney William Montgomery at Arizona State University Law School on this issue.  


Additionally, Mr. Victor is a strong pro-gun rights advocate.  He is the official attorney of the Crossroads of the West Gun Show in Phoenix where he often presents a seminar on legal issues related to firearms.  Mr. Victor has often been called upon by the press as a legal expert on various issues.  He recently appeared as a legal commentator regarding the George Zimmerman-Trayvon Martin case in Florida.


Mr. Victor is an accomplished attorney who is often invited to speak to audiences across Arizona.  He has previously addressed the American Legion, United States Marines, the Glendale Tea Party, the Freedom Summit, the Eris Society, the Arizona Libertarian Party Convention, Libertopia, NORML and other events aimed at restoring and protecting freedom.
