Condo/Non-Condo Education Program in Wheeling

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- The Association of Condominium, Townhouse and Homeowners Associations (ACTHA) is hosting their North Expo on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Westin Chicago North Shore, located at 601 North Milwaukee Avenue in Wheeling. The Expo will offer a Trade Show, Educational Seminars, and Exhibitor Showcase Presentations.  

ACTHA will present four educational programs:  Ongoing Foreclosure Issues, Preparing for Winter, Transparency and Ten Pitfalls Association Must Avoid.    

The Trade Show will be open to the general public at no charge and will have a variety of vendors    serving the community association market.  Exhibitor Showcase Presentations will provide useful tips to help community associations such as avoiding fraud and leasing.  

There is no charge to attend the Trade Show or Exhibitor Showcase Presentations.  The fee for the  educational seminars is $30 for ACTHA members and $45 for non-members.
