Mlecka proposes the following contest to be sponsored by community newspapers, radio stations, businesses or by any group or person interested in promoting student education..
Teachers of grades 4 thru 12 can submit their top two students to participate. This will involve a total of 18 students.
The contest starts with a fifteen minute written quiz and then pass out a puzzle deck to each student. They all start at the same time to see who can assemble the map the fastest. Prizes can be donated by local merchants.
P.A. Mlecka, Publisher of Rockledge, Florida has published a new educational deck of trivia cards and map puzzle – all in one. There has never been anything like this. It consists of U.S. geography, history and other notable information State by State. On the back of each card is part of a puzzle and when assembled makes into a large map of the United States in color, with cities, highways, etc.
Mlecka is also working on Amazon Kindle apps, that will provide tutoring of math and other subjects in a multiple choice format. For example, grades 3 thru 12 and college students will be able to build or obtain content that allows them, in a repetitive testing mode, to better enhance their knowledge of the subject.
