Inventors take 'The Flat-Pack Pallet' to the 2012 Multimodal Exhibition

July 10, 2012 - PRLog -- A recent visit to the 2012 Multimodal Exhibition at the Birmingham NEC has proven a real success and a motivational influence for Sean Coakley and Bill Green, Inventors of 'The Flat-Pack Pallet.'
Some of the industry's big names, such as 'Freight Industry Times,' Warehouse Magazine' and 'Pallex' to name a few, showed real enthusiasm for the concept of 'The Flat-Pack Pallet,' as well as offering some invaluable advice and support.  Through its vision to revolutionise the pallet industry, 'The Flat-Pack Pallet' offers a remarkable alternative to the age old wooden pallet.  With its ability to be easily disassembled and
reassembled, it offers space saving for storage and transportation by approx 1/3 to that of its wooden pallet counterpart.  In addition, each of its components can be easily removed, allowing damaged parts to be easily replaced with minimal effort.  One of the main attractions of this feature is its ability to universally change/swap any or all of its components to form any required industry standard Euro or Iso pallet size or type. What's more, 'The Flat-Pack Pallet' received a great response to its Eco-Friendly approach, as its main components are to be manufactured using recycled bottles making this a serious consideration for the future of pallets using recycled material.  Sean Coakley, one of the inventors, was truly inspired by his visit to the Multimodal, commenting that he
