The iPhone 5-iCloud Just One Of Many Improvements To Feature On This Device

June 24, 2012 - PRLog -- We have seen some impressive smartphones launched in 2012 and it looks as though we have one more major launch to look forward to.  The new iPhone 5 looks destined to arrive very soon, offering improved specification and some brand new functionality.

An area where we are set to see some improvements on the new iPhone 5 is the useful iCloud service.  The iCloud was launched in 2011 and gives users an allocated amount of remote storage where they can store data from their phone.  Because this material is stored remotely it is safe even if the users handset is lost and it can also be accessed from other iOS devices owned by the users.  One area where this feature is very useful is for photograph.  Images are automatically uploaded to the cloud and this is an area that Apple look set to enhance on the iPhone 5.  The developers are keen to turn iCloud and the Camera Roll feature into a service where images and videos can easily be shared with friends, family and colleagues.  They are hoping this improved facility will function in a similar manner to Instagram with users able to view material from friends phones and also comment on posts.  It will be up to users to select who can view their content and obviously so there will be no worries about precious images falling into the wrong hands.

The new iCloud feature on the iPhone 5 is part of the improved iOS6 operating system that the model will utilise.  A number of other areas will be changed on this software with one of the major difference being that the Google Maps service will be replaced by Apples own software.  This new feature is set to include excellent Satellite Navigation features and will also be able to integrate with the Siri voice recognition service.  A number of other features will also be able to interact with Siri including Facebook which looks set to be embedded into the OS in a similar manner to how Twitter was on iOS5.  Siri will also be able to launch applications and developers of software will be able to produce apps that can make full use of this excellent feature.

The iPhone 5 looks destined to be a very special model and some big changes with the iOS6 operating system will improve functionality on the phone.  The enhanced iCloud looks set to be a hit with consumers while numerous other changes all look set to benefit the model.
